Urad Dal RasBhari Recipe - Tenali Double Horse




Ingredients

  1. Pinch yellow food colour
  2. 5-6 thread kesar
  3. 2 tbsp chopped pista,almonds
  4. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  5. 1.1/2 cup sugar
  6. 1 cup water
  7. as needed Ghee for fry

Steps

  1. Soak urad dal for 2-3 hours.drain the water transfer into a blender and blend it.make a smooth paste.
      Heat ghee in a wok add small balls of urad dal and deep fry til crispy.

      Put sugar,water,kesar,food colour and cardamom powder in a wok,make sugar syrup.
  3.  
      Dip fried balls in sugar syrup for 5-6 hours
  4. Transfer in to a serving bowl garnish with chopped nuts and serve it.
