Ingredients
- For dosa better:
- 1/2 cup urad dal
- 1/2 cup oats
- Salt (as per taste)
- For filling:
- 1 cup moong sprouts
- 1 cup finally chopped mix veggies
- (carrot, capsicum, peas, cabbage, tomato)
- 1 finally chopped Onion
- 1 finally chopped green chilli
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chilli
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt (according to taste)
- 1 lemon juice
- leaves Coriander
- 2 tbsp oil
Steps
- For dosa better, mix oats, urad dal and salt, blend it in mixer jar to finally course powder, add water init and make lumps free better, keep it aside for 15 to 20 min.
- For filling heat oil in a pan, add cumin,add onions,green chilli and ginger garlic paste. After 1 min add veggies and saute for 2 min, add sprouts and spices, mix it well, cook it for 2 min,add lemon juice and coriander and mix it well.
- Take dosa tava, spread dosa better on it, cook it till down side layer turns light golden in colour, put filling on it and fold it in half part. Serve it with green chutney.
