Ingredients:
- 200 gm Urad dal
- 5 green chillies
- 1 bunch coriander leaves
- 2 tsp salt
- 200 gm rice flour
- 250 ml water
- 3 tsp cooking oil
Steps:
- First soak the urad dal for 40 minutes.Then in mixer grinder add dal, green chillies, salt, coriander leaves and grind it as thick paste.
- Then in a steamer steam this mix for 10 minutes.
- In frying pan add water 2 ts of cooking oil salt and allow to boil. Then add the rice flour and make it into thick batter.
- Then next make this into small balls. In the hand make it as a plate an then keep the steamed urad dal mix inside and keep it. Prepare this around 10 pieces.
- Steam this in the steamer, for 10 minutes.
