- 1 cup urad dal chilka
- 1-1/2 cup basmati rice
- to taste Salt
- For Tadka
- 2 tsp Finely chopped ginger
- 2 Finely chopped onions
- 1 pinch Hing
- 1 tsp Jeera
- To taste Dried red chillies
- as needed Ghee
Steps
- Wash and soak dal and rice separately for around 30minutes.
