Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg maida
- 1/2 cup oil
- 5 potato boiled
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp heeng
- 1 tsp dry mango powder
- 1/2 red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 tsp sauf powder(fennel seeds ped)
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 1/4 tsp ajwain
- Oil for frying
Steps:
- Soak dal for 5 hrs and grind it without using water
- Take out in a plate and let it cool
