Ingredients:
- 2 cup urad Dal
- 2 tbs chopped fresh coriander
- 200 gms fresh Curd(whisked and 1tbs spoon added)
- 1 tbs roasted cumin powder
- 1 tbs red chilli powder
- 1 tbs Fennel seeds
- to taste Salt
- 1 pinch heeng
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 Green chilli
- Aa needed Oil to deep-fry badas
- 1/4 cup Green coriander chutney
- 1/4 cup Tamarind khatti meethi chutney
- 1/2 cup sev or bhujiya
Steps:
- Soak urad dal for 3to 4hrs.drain it and grind it to fine paste adding ginger, green chilli, heeng. Make it fluffy using a spoon Adding saunf,salt, red chilli powder.
- Soak these badas in warm water adding little salt to water.let them in water fr abt 4to 5hrs. Badas will become soft by that time
- Press the water from badas and keep them on serving plate.Add sweetened curd. Then both chutney on all sides badas in plate.Sprinkle roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder salt. U can use homemade dahi bada masala too. Add some sev and chopped coriander on top.
