Ingredients
- 200 gm urad dal
- 1 bayleaf
- 1 teaspoon panch phoran
- 1 dry red chilli
- 4 green chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon hing / asafoetida
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds paste
- as required Salt
- as required Sugar
- as required Mustard oil
Steps
- Boil the urad dal in a pressure cooker by adding some salt and the green chillies and water.
