Ingredients:
- 3 cups urad dal soaked and ground
- 4 cups Rice flour
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 4 Green chillies
- 2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt 2 taste
- 2 pinch Asafoetida
- Oil for fry
Steps:
- Make a ground paste of daal in a grinder then mix the all dry masale and ginger-garlic chillies paste and salt 2 taste keep a side
