Ingredients - 300 g Urad Dal
- 3 Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- as needed Thyme or mint leaves few
- to taste Salt
- 3 tbsp Cornflour
- 3 tbsp Rice flour
- 1 tbsp Oil
- as needed Powdered nuts (optional)
Steps
- Soak urad Dal overnight and drain it in morning. Par cook potatoes (put peeled and chopped potatoes in boiling water for 4 minutes).
- Add oil and powdered nuts. And change it to greased tray.
- Bake for 40 mins at 200 Deg. Then reduce to 180 Deg for 10 mins... check whether it's baked... Bread is ready
