Ingredients - 300 g Urad Dal
- 3 Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- as needed Thyme or mint leaves few
- to taste Salt
- 3 tbsp Cornflour
- 3 tbsp Rice flour
- 1 tbsp Oil
- as needed Powdered nuts (optional)
Steps
- Grind all ingredients together except oil and nuts..Soak urad Dal overnight and drain it in morning. Par cook potatoes (put peeled and chopped potatoes in boiling water for 4 minutes).
- Leave it for fermentation for 6 to 7 hrs.... After 7 hrs check whether it's ready to bake...Take little batter and put it in water, if it floats, it's ready to bake. If not add half teaspoon of baking soda. Mix well and check again.
- Add oil and powdered nuts. And change it to greased tray.
- Bake for 40 mins at 200 Deg. Then reduce to 180 Deg for 10 mins... check whether it's baked... Bread is ready
