Ingredients:
- 250 gm meat
- 100 gm nonya saag
- 1/2 cup split black urad dal
- 2 tbsp chana dal
- 3 onions chopped
- tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 4 tbsp oil
Steps:
- Add 1/4tsp of salt and watrr and pressure cook till 3 whistles on low flame. keep asideSoak urad dal and chana dal for 2-3 hours in water.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker. fry onions chopped, add meat pieces and ginger garlic paste. mix well. then add all the dry masala powder, salt and water. close the lid. pressure cook till 3 whistles. let it cool. then open cook till the gravy is dry (bhuno)
- As soon as the steam is out from the cooker. sprinkle some garam masala and serve urad dal nonya saag gosht with chapatis/rice.
