Ingredients:
- 150 gm urad dal soaked
- 1 cup gobhi grated.
- 1 tsp green chilli paste
- 1 tsp ginger grated.
- 1 tsp garlic crushed.
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp green coriander.
- 1 tsp Hing/ asafoetida
- as needed Oil for frying
- For soaking
- 250 gm curd
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- to taste Salt,& black salt
- 1 tbsp Chutney mithi / khatti
- 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- 1 tsp Roasted cumin,& coriander seeds, powder
Steps:
- Add this dal remain things,. Like gobhi,ginger,garlic,green chilli.mix it very well.make it like a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a pan,make vada from this batter.make round balls & put it in oil.
- Fry it golden all vadas.
- Put it in salt & water mixture for 1 miniutes.then remove it from the water.
- Keep it a side for cooling.
- Now take a bowl put curd in it,beat it with the help of any type of beater.
- Arrange all vadas in a plate,pour curd on it,sprinkle all masala & chutney in it.
- It is very delicious & tasty dahi vadas.
