Gobhi,urad dal ke dahi vade Recipe - Tenali Double Horse



Ingredients:

  1. 150 gm urad dal soaked
  2. 1 cup gobhi grated.
  3. 1 tsp green chilli paste
  4. 1 tsp ginger grated.
  5. 1 tsp garlic crushed.
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 2 tsp green coriander.
  8. 1 tsp Hing/ asafoetida
  9. as needed Oil for frying
  10. For soaking
  11. 250 gm curd
  12. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. to taste Salt,& black salt
  14. 1 tbsp Chutney mithi / khatti
  15. 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  16. 1 tsp Roasted cumin,& coriander seeds, powder

Steps:


  1. In a mixture jar put urad dal & grind it.
      
      
  2. Add this dal remain things,. Like gobhi,ginger,garlic,green chilli.mix it very well.make it like a thick batter.
      
      
  3. Heat oil in a pan,make vada from this batter.make round balls & put it in oil.
      
      
  4. Fry it golden all vadas.
      
      
  5. Put it in salt & water mixture for 1 miniutes.then remove it from the water.
      
      
  6. Keep it a side for cooling.
      
      
  7. Now take a bowl put curd in it,beat it with the help of any type of beater.
      
      
  8. Arrange all vadas in a plate,pour curd on it,sprinkle all masala & chutney in it.
      
      
  9. It is very delicious & tasty dahi vadas.
