Ingredients:
- 1 cup white urad dal (dosa dal)
- Pinch asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp each Ginger garlic chopped
- 1/2 kg Mutton
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 2 Onion chopped
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 3 Tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp Meat masala
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tsp each Ginger garlic finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil
- few Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Steps:
- Soak 1 cup dal in 2 cups of water for 1/2 an hour.Take microwave bowl add salt turmeric ginger garlic asafoetida etc and cook for 14 minutes with lid covered.
Serve with chapatti and Parantha.Enjoy this yummy dal meat
