Ingredients:
- 1 cup chana dal
- 1/2 urad dal
- 3 tsp sour curd
- 2 tsp green chillies and ginger paste
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- as required Coriander leaves, jeera,oil for tempering
Steps :
- First we soak both dal separately in vessel for 4to5 hours, then drain and grind both,mix well add sour curd and mix well leave it in a clean place for about 12 hours
Now heat steamer,meanwhile grease a plate with oil and pour batter,steam 20 minutes,- Now tempering,with jeera,and garnish with chopped coriander leaves, serve with tomato sauce or chutney
