- 2 medium size potatoes
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 4 green chilli paste
- Salt as per taste
- Handful coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
- 100 gms poppy seeds
- 1 egg beaten
- Aa needed Oil for deep frying
Steps
- First take all the ingredients given in a mixing bowl,mix boil alu,and grinder the urad dal into a fine paste.
- Tasty urad dal fingers is ready to serve with tea or tomato sauce or chutney. Garnish it with fresh mint leaves,and onion.
