Ingredients
- 250 gms urad dal
- 2 medium size potatoes
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 4 green chilli paste
- Salt as per taste
- Handful coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
- 100 gms poppy seeds
- 1 egg beaten
- Aa needed Oil for deep frying
Steps
- Next,mix all the ingredients like alu,urad dal paste,dhania,ginger garlic green chilli paste,Turmeric powder,garam masala powder and salt.First take all the ingredients given in a mixing bowl,mix boil alu,and grinder the urad dal into a fine paste.
- Now,mashed and mix properly with all the ingredients,and make a finger shape of urad dal dough,next dip it into the beaten egg,and well coated with the poppy seeds,and keep aside.
- Now heat the sufficient oil in a karhai, for a deep fry and fry the cruncy finger urad dal coated and deep fry the finger till it's turn golden brown and cruncy. And keep aside to let it cool.
- Tasty urad dal fingers is ready to serve with tea or tomato sauce or chutney. Garnish it with fresh mint leaves,and onion.
