- 150 gm soaked urad dal
- 1 Tsp hing / asafoetida
- 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Tsp whole coriander seeds
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 big onion chopped
- 1 Tsp coriander leaf
- 2 chopped Green chilli
- 1 Tsp chilli flakes
- 1 Tsp salt
- as required Oil for frying
- 1 Tsp mango powder
Steps
- Now mix all remain things, except oil.
- Heat a wok,add oil,let it hot.
- Put mixtures small balls in the hot oil,Fry it golden in the medium Heat.
- Then remove it from the flame.
- Serve it hot- hot with any sauce or chuteny.
