Crispy Urad dal Pakode Recipe - Tenali Double Horse



  1. 150 gm soaked urad dal
  2. 1 Tsp hing / asafoetida
  3. 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
  4. 1 Tsp whole coriander seeds
  5. 2 clove garlic
  6. 1 big onion chopped
  7. 1 Tsp coriander leaf
  8. 2 chopped Green chilli
  9. 1 Tsp chilli flakes
  10. 1 Tsp salt
  11. as required Oil for frying
  12. 1 Tsp mango powder

Steps


 

  1. In a mixture griender put soaked Dal,Hing, garlic, çumin seeds,
      
      Grind it coarsely.
  2.   
      Now mix all remain things, except oil.
  3.   
      Heat a wok,add oil,let it hot.
  4.   
      Put mixtures small balls in the hot oil,Fry it golden in the medium Heat.
  5.   
      Then remove it from the flame.
  6.   
      Serve it hot- hot with any sauce or chuteny.
